These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, vendors or merchants.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
OUR PRODUCTS
Books and artwork created by Peter Harrison are made available for purchase through this Site. We have made every effort to display these products and provide product descriptions that are as accurate as possible.
PRICING
All prices are in USD. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping prices have been calculated based on size and weight of the item and include handling and insurance. For orders within the United States, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail. For orders outside of the United States, we may ship your order via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL at our discretion.
Shipping of books and artwork requires special handling and care. It is in our best interest to deliver all products in excellent condition by using appropriate packing materials to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Please note that our shipping prices incorporate this special handling.
The books available for purchase on this Site will be hand signed by Peter Harrison upon request. A delay in attaining his signature may occur due to his travel schedule and may result in a longer delivery timeline. We will notify you if your order is delayed longer than six weeks.
Please allow four to six weeks for production and delivery of any artwork purchased.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept requests for refunds or exchanges.
At delivery, you must inspect the package for visible damage and note any damages. In the rare instance of damage, please contact our office by email at info@peterharrisonseabirds.com within 48 hours with a brief explanation and photographs of the damaged items and packing materials. This information is required for insurance claims. We will ship your replacement as soon as the carrier notifies us the insurance credit has been approved.

All content and product on this website, including, without limitation, this website's layout, organization, and design, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws by not copying or using proprietary content, except as allowed by these Terms of Use or by written consent of the owner of the proprietary rights.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy which you may view on our Site.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
